This course helps students to improve their English language and specialist subject (Mathematics, Economics and Communication) skills, so that they can progress onto the BA undergraduate degree course. The program lasts ten weeks (from 1st of October) and offers intensive training in Mathematics, Intercultural Competencies, Communication and English language.
MODULES
Mathematics
Review and profound study of secondary school Mathematics including Algebra and Geometry.
Economics
Introduction to the fundamentals of Economics.
Communication
Intercultural communication, business communication.
English language
Intensive language course in order to reach a common communication ground with a fair command of English language, suitable to start professional studies.
Hungarian language and culture
Hungarian language course concentrating on all four skills from a practical point of view. Content also includes elements of contemporary Hungarian culture.
Study support systems
Introduction to study supporting computer systems in the College: ILIAS, Neptun; The role of tutors and mentors.
The Preparatory Course ends with an examination, those who pass successfully can enroll in the BA in Business Administration and Management program.
