Purpose and requirements of the subject:

  • To get acquainted with the characteristics, rules and problems of the structure and operation of business organization from a management point of view.
  • To provide the student with basic management and leadership principles that would be required at the start of work.
  • The student will be able to find his/her way in the abundance of books and published methods in the subject; and will also be able to implement the acquired methods as a manager and an employee of a company.
