Erasmus+ is a European Commission exchange programme that enables students in 31 European countries to study for part of their degree in another country. Students from the second year of study onwards have the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus Mobility Programme, and spend one semester studying at an exchange-partner university in Europe. Dennis Gabor College welcomes Erasmus exchange students and teaching/administrative staff from its partner universities with a bilateral agreement.
Incoming students:
In the 2021/22 Academic Year DGC can only accept Erasmus students in the Spring Semester.
For Erasmus students DGC offers the following possibilities:
1. Courses in English
DGC offers short programmes in English for international students; the list of the available courses can be found in the information sheet. (please note, that the course will start only if the required minimum number of students will enrol). More information and description of the courses in English (here)
2. Courses in Hungarian with consultation in English
Erasmus students can participate in the Hungarian courses and have a tutor to consult with in English

3. Final thesis
Students can work on their final thesis with the guidance of a supervising teacher.

Student Mobility for Traineeship
Applicants must be officially nominated by their home university, and have a work plan for the traineeship period accepted by the responsible persons.
As soon as you are accepted, the staff of DGC’s International and Project Office will contact you and provide the necessary information (accommodation, travel, etc.)
