Purpose of the subject:
- To introduce students into the basic concepts, tools, processes, practices and roles in Human Resource Management.
- The topics cover the history of human resource activities, as well as outside factors affecting its development; the role of human resource management within a business organisation; human resource activities, including strategy, planning, workforce flow, training and development, career management, performance management, the features of compensation; the different relationships between HMR fields; good practices and new tendencies.
- Besides giving a foundation into this special field, this subject also helps planning personal career paths and successful entry into job search by developing individual competences.
